BCAA Peak contains a 12:1:1 ratio of branched-chain amino acids which all play a role in muscle building. These agents have been reported to stimulate muscle protein synthesis and protect against the degradation of muscle.

Each serve delivers 6.2g of leucine and 2.5g of l-glutamine. Leucine is reported to perform a key role in kick starting protein synthesis. It’s also been associated with muscle glucose and amino acid uptake. Glutamine associated with increased rate of protein synthesis, better recovery time and lean body mass.
